All sales are final. Since every piece in our shop is one-of-a-kind vintage, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
That said, we describe and photograph every item as honestly as possible — condition, measurements, and any flaws included. Please read the product details carefully before purchasing.
If your item arrives damaged or significantly different from what was described, reach out to us within 3 days of receiving it and we’ll make it right.

Shipping Policy

For International buyers we ship worldwide from Indonesia using registered international carriers (such as KURASI or Indonesian Post Service ). Delivery typically takes 8-15 business days depending on the destination. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
